A Refined Refresh for London’s Premier Dog Day Care
The Wag Club, a boutique dog day care based in London, came to us for a full website redesign. With the launch of a new branch and a desire to improve client enquiries, it was time to give their digital presence a fresh, elevated feel that better reflected their expanding business and loyal community of dog lovers.
The original site was functional but outdated, with limited flexibility and an admin system that had become cumbersome to manage. The goal was to modernize the look, make the site easier to update, and enhance lead generation—while still preserving the friendly, approachable tone that defines The Wag Club brand.
Design-wise, we aimed for a clean and elegant aesthetic with just the right amount of warmth and personality. We blended a “members club” vibe with playful, welcoming touches that speak to dog owners who care deeply about their pups but don’t take themselves too seriously.
The result is a brighter, more engaging website that positions The Wag Club as both premium and personal. The client has since reported a noticeable uptick in client enquiries and is enjoying the ease of keeping their content updated—especially when it comes to engaging with their growing membership base.
