Wag Club is a dog day care business based in North London. 

Since launching in 2013, the business had grown from a single location to four branches, but their website had not evolved alongside that growth.

The project focused on creating a new website that better reflected the quality of care Wag Club is known for, while improving clarity, usability, and enquiry generation.

The Challenge

Wag Club’s existing website had remained largely untouched since launch and no longer showcased the business or its services effectively.

The site was a single-page layout with unclear messaging, limited structure, and no clear calls to action. Despite the growth of the business, the website did not reflect the scale, professionalism, or care offered across their locations. The challenge was to modernise the site while maintaining a warm, welcoming feel that aligned with the brand.

The Approach

The project began by defining a visual direction that felt clean, modern, and approachable. While the brand identity felt clear in person, this was not reflected online.

A multi-page website was designed on a user-friendly platform, allowing the business owner to easily manage and update content as the company continues to grow. Particular focus was placed on improving structure, introducing clear calls to action, and ensuring the site felt intuitive and welcoming for first-time visitors.

The result was a cleaner, more confident design with clear messaging and a stronger focus on guiding users towards making an enquiry.

The new website provides Wag Club with a modern, professional online presence that better reflects the quality of their service and the growth of the business.

It clearly showcases their locations and services, highlights the care provided by the team, and encourages visitors to get in touch, giving Wag Club a website that finally supports the business as it exists today.
